ENGINEER - HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
Project/Design Engineer
We are currently looking for an experienced Project/Design Engineer with drawing office experience and a minimum HNC/D level qualification. Hydraulic system and component knowledge is required whilst experience in associated technical disciplines such as electrical control systems, jigs and fixtures, special purpose machinery or pneumatic systems would be beneficial.
As a prospective candidate:
- You will have a sound understanding of hydraulic circuitry and components.
- You will be an experienced AutoCad user as approximately 20% of your time will be spent preparing detailed schematic, fabrication, mechanical and general arrangement drawings.
- You will be IT literate and be confident preparing associated documentation (quality plans, method statements, risk assessments and manuals), reports and communications in Word, Excel, Outlook and similar software packages.
- You must be confident making decisions, managing projects, people and budgets, and have considerable problem solving ability and commercial acumen.
- You will be expected to display a positive and motivational leadership style in order to promote and develop a "can do" culture that is customer and stakeholder focused.

Remuneration
Salary commensurate with experience & position
