| Hyquip
is ISO 9001 accredited. The senior management
team first made a commitment to formalising its Quality Management
System (BS 5750) in the early 1990’s. |

| Today
the QA Management Team comprising of Lee Heaton (Projects Office & QA Manager),
Glynn Boyce (Sales Office Manager), Paul Taylor (Managing Director), Kathy Yates (Operations Director)
drive through a proactive system of continuous improvement through focused
monthly Management Review Meetings which encompasses the strategic
direction of the business and all operational issues underpinning
this strategy. |

2002, under the guidance of Lee Heaton, Hyquip successfully
upgraded its Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. It is currently in the process of addressing BS EN ISO 9001:2008 with a view to bring this online by January 2009. |
