210 for rubber processing
Magnetic
clamping system type M-TECS 210 is a quick change
system for elastomers and duroplastics.
M-TECS
210 is temperature resistant up to 210°C (on
request up to 240°C)
M-TECS
210 opens up brand new paths for the rubber and
the duroplastics processing industries. With no
downtime or waiting time to cool down or heat
up tools, retooling times can often be cut by
hours. Using the advanced magnetic clamping technique
moulds can be changed even when they are hot as
the operator does not have to make contact with
them. This is both convenient and safe.
The
magnetic plates have a full metal surface. With
no T-slot between the heating plate and the die,
temperatures inside the die are more homogeneous,
which gives an enhanced production quality.
A real highlight is the magnetic clamping plate
M-TECS 210 with an integral heating plate. M-TECS
210 is available in various designs, with or without
heating plates, for presses, injection moulding
machines or for vacuum techniques.
