DESCRIPTION
Series W2... poppet valves are self- contained cartridge units mounted in a body with an industry standard ISO 4401 size 3 manifold-mounting surface.  They operate on the proven "guided poppet" principle and the guide stem requires only one seal.  Coils can be replaced or changes to a different voltage and current (AC to DC or vise-versa) while the hydraulic system is pressurized.  The 3 way / 2 position (3/2) and 4 way / 3 position (4/3) units can be supplied with poppets having closed crossover switching characteristics. These versions (all ports are isolated during valve change over) ensures no loss of pressure during switching.  This is an important benefit in accumulator, low volume and clamping systems.

MDC VALVES

(lever operated, 4 way, 3 pos, closed center, detented, zero leak valve)

MDC series valves are constructed of heat treated alloy steel and aluminum components.  They are compact, lightweight and shift easily even under maximum pressure.  The valves have extremely low leakage, less then one drop per two minutes at rated pressure.

Two working pressure ratings are available, 3000 and 6000 PSI.  Temperature range is - 65F to 160F.  The manifold mounting conforms to CETOP 3 mounting pattern.  Mounting bolts are included with the manifold mount version.  Subplates are also available

PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE

(HPA11-AX-200 w/ subplate)

A direct operated Cetop 3 pressure reducing valve is available for use with Heypac pumps that combines excellent control characteristics with very low internal leakage.  The basic valves supplied in either "flange" form with a single Cetop 3 interface on the lower face for use a single sub plate mounted valve, or "sandwich" form with Cetop 3 interface on both upper and lower faces for use as part of a stack of valves.  The reduced pressure is adjustable by means of a socket head screw or a hand knob.
