In addition to hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, HYQUIP controls division designs, manufactures and integrates electrical control panels either as part of a hydraulic or pneumatic system or as a complete stand-alone system for other machinery.

Electrical control systems can range from a simple hydraulic power unit mounted terminal box to a complete machine control system. Solutions are generally one-off bespoke designs to specific customer requirements over a wide range of industries to varying specifications. Control systems can include simple relay logic, PLC control (Programmable Logic Controllers), data acquisition, HMI’s, servo drives, ASI or Profibus.

Control Panels can include; wall mounted enclosures, floor standing cabinets, multi cubicle construction (MCC), control desks, rack systems, integral control panels and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)

PLC programming experience includes Siemens S7-200, Mitsubishi FX and Telemecanique Zelio. HYQUIP is also proficient in using Mitsubishi / Beijer, Siemens and Proface HMI’s.

All electrical designs comply with the BS EN 60204 and BS 7671 as well as the low voltage directive (72/23/EEC), the latest IEE wiring regulations.

All control systems come complete with technical documentation which includes; CE certificates, electrical schematics, parts lists and data sheets, if required.
