ELECTRICAL
In
addition to hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, HYQUIP controls
division designs, manufactures and integrates electrical control
panels either as part of a hydraulic or pneumatic system or as a
complete stand-alone system for other machinery.
Electrical
control systems can range from a simple hydraulic power unit mounted
terminal box to a complete machine control system. Solutions are
generally one-off bespoke designs to specific customer requirements
over a wide range of industries to varying specifications. Control
systems can include simple relay logic, PLC control (Programmable
Logic Controllers), data acquisition, HMI’s, servo drives,
ASI or Profibus. |
Control Panels
can include; wall mounted enclosures, floor standing cabinets, multi
cubicle construction (MCC), control desks, rack systems, integral
control panels and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
PLC
programming experience includes Siemens S7-200, Mitsubishi FX and
Telemecanique Zelio. HYQUIP is also proficient in using Mitsubishi
/ Beijer, Siemens and Proface HMI’s. |

As
well as providing a complete solution, HYQUIP engineers provide
the following individual services:
•
Electrical
design to BS EN 60204 and BS 7671
• Control panel manufacture
to customer designs
• PLC / HMI programming
• New control panels to replace
out of date systems on existing machinery
• Fault finding and repairs |
HYQUIP
provides all the necessary manufacturing and engineering skills
to provide an elegant engineered solution to the demands of current
day manufacturing practices across numerous industry sectors. Experienced
engineers and electricians are able to call upon their extensive
knowledge of all different industry sectors and apply best practices
in all cases. In essence, HYQUIP can provide its customers with
all their electrical needs from design to software services, manufacture
of simple control panels to full blown control systems, testing
to installation and commissioning to engineering support.
All
electrical designs comply with the BS EN 60204 and BS 7671 as well
as the low voltage directive (72/23/EEC), the latest IEE wiring
regulations.
All
control systems come complete with technical documentation which
includes; CE certificates, electrical schematics, parts lists and
data sheets, if required.
